My first pets were the black ants I found and took home to my mother announcing "these are my friends!" Since then my love of animals has been a huge part of my life. Over the years I have welcomed many pets into my home including fish, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, cats & dogs. My current pet family consists of my beautiful Golden Retriever Brenna who is a registered Therapy Dog with the Delta Society and her kitty sister Betty. Their big sister Chewy went to Rainbow Bridge (doggy heaven) this summer at the age of 17 and we all miss her.
After 20 plus years as an insurance agent ,when our sons left the nest, my wonderful husband Lee encouraged me to follow my dream of working with animals. I am committed to giving your pets the same love and attention I give my own furry family.
I am a Certified Pet Sitter through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. I am also a member of Pet Sitters International, Professional United Pet Sitters and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.I am insured, bonded and have completed the Petco First Aid Program and the American Red Cross Pet First Aid through the certification program.
In my spare time I volunteer with the Pasadena Animal Shelter and A New Dawn Pet Adoption in Deer Park.

Irene - Primary Overnight Sitter
Irene is a long time resident of Pasadena with a history of helping animals through adoption of rescues and taking in strays.
Her furry family consists of two dogs and some lucky cats who found their way to her door.
Irene is an active volunteer at A New Dawn Pet Adoption in Deer Park and also assisted the Humane Society of Houston's rescue of pets left homeless after Katrina.
On the professional side she was the security manager for a large department store for twenty four years.
With her wealth of experience with dogs of all sizes, cats and her attention to security Irene makes a great addition to the team.
